Brent Jarnicki

Brent Jarnicki graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from The University of Georgia in 2001, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Brent received his Law Degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2004. At Ohio State, he received the John E. Hallen Memorial Award for the highest performance in Tort Law. In 2002, Brent studied Comparative Legal Professions and Legal Ethics at Oxford University in England.

Brent focuses his practice in bankruptcy and family law, and has also served as a Guardian Ad Litem for Domestic Court in Warren County. He is highly experienced in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, helping both individuals and businesses with debt relief and reorganization.

Brent has spoken at annual bankruptcy seminars and continuing legal education clinics across the region. In 2007, Brent was named a "Rising Star" in Super Lawyers Magazine, an honor recognizing the State's top outstanding young lawyers.

Brent is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the American Bankruptcy Law Forum.
